Free domestic shipping on all orders over $75.00. Items will be shipped within 24-48 business hours of the order being placed. Orders are generally shipped using the United States Postal Service unless otherwise stated. Alternative shipping options may be requested. However, additional charges may apply. Honey's Child Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Refunds are not allowed. Items may be returned for exchange at HoneysChildBoutique.com or for IN STORE CREDIT ONLY.
“FINAL SALE” items are: All handbags, Belts, Shoes, Boots, Flip-Flops, Bathing Suits, Underwear, Jewelry, Accessories, Tights, Hosiery, Intimate Apparel, Gloves, Hats and Scarves as well as any SALE merchandise. Honey's Child Boutique will offer a full refund for any merchandise with manufacturing damage or defects. Damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of your item in order to receive a full refund.
Allowable returned items will be given store credit only, NO EXCEPTIONS. HoneysChildBoutique.com prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise and fulfilling customer orders accurately. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the unused item in its original condition within 7 days of receipt and we will provide you with a store credit, good for 1 year, or exchange, less shipping costs.
Items received after the 7 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items received after 14 days will not be accepted. A shipping fee of $10.00 will be charged for all exchanges. If you received complimentary shipping on your order, a fee of $10.00 will be deducted from the returned credit amount.
RETURNS will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. Please note on returns for exchange to different size or color, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping charges. Items returned must be in original condition, with all the original packaging, tickets, hangtags, etc. Including the original invoice. HoneysChildBoutique.com will not accept any item returned with obvious signs of wear or with any of the original tags removed.
Please be sure to include your Order ID and name on the outside of your return package. The Order ID can be found on the top of the invoice. Pack your merchandise with care and we strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit; Honey’s Child Boutique cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit or damaged due to improper packaging.
At Honey’s Child Boutique, your privacy is very important to us. We do not sell or otherwise share customer, or personally identifying information with other people or companies unless to provide services to you at your request, or as required by law.
If you elect to purchase products from our website, you will be required to provide us with certain personal information, including your name, e-mail address, phone number, credit card number, expiration date, and billing address (this required information is subject to change from time to time). Credit card information and billing addresses are shared with our eCommerce provider to the extent necessary to process credit card charges.
Honey’s Child Boutique periodically sends mailings and emails to inform our loyal customers about new products, services and specials. Any customer who does not wish to receive such material may be removed from this list by simply informing us via email or phone call or by following the instructions at the bottom of each e-mail message on how to unsubscribe.
