I want to shop - how do I sign up?

You don't need to register prior to making your first Afterpay purchase.

When you are making a purchase simply choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. If it’s your first time using Afterpay, you will provide payment details as usual to complete your purchase.

Once your first order is approved, your Afterpay account is created. All you need to do is visit www.afterpay.com to set up a password, and you will be able to make more purchases using Afterpay by simply entering your log in details upon checkout.

To be eligible to use the Installment Feature, you must:

(a) be an individual who is at least 18 years old (19 years old in Alabama or if you are a ward of the state in Nebraska);

(b) be a resident of the United States and reside within one of the 50 states or the District of Columbia;

(c) be capable of entering into a legally binding contract;

(d) have a valid and verifiable email address and mobile telephone number;

(e) provide a valid delivery address in the United States; and

(f) be authorized to use the Payment Method provided.

When will my first payment be taken?

You will pay the first 25% of the order value at the time you make the purchase with Afterpay.

How Does Installments by Afterpay Work?

Installments by Afterpay allows Honey's Child Boutique to offer installment plans for online shoppers, allowing a purchase to be paid for in four equal installments, due every 2 weeks.

Simply shop our amazing selection, place desired items in your cart and click Checkout when your finished shopping. Choose Installments by Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. First-time shoppers provide payment details as usual, returning shoppers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!

After you check out, your order will be immediately shipped to you. At any time, you can log in to your Afterpay account to see your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date. Otherwise AfterPay will automatically take the money from your debit or credit card every 2 weeks.

Please Note:

Afterpay does not approve 100% of orders. We are committed to ensuring we support responsible spending.

When determining which orders to approve, we considers a number of different factors. As an example, the longer you have been a shopper using Installments by Afterpay and the more orders you have successfully repaid, the more likely you will be able to spend more.

Things to consider:

- are there sufficient funds on your card (generally we look to see 25% of the order value available to spend)

- minimum spend is $35 USD

- length of time you have been using Installments by Afterpay (tighter in the first 6 weeks)

- amount you have to repay, it may help to pay some off (not a guarantee)

- the value of the order you are trying to place, it may help to reduce the value of your shopping cart (not a guarantee)

- adding a credit card may increase your spending power (not a guarantee)

Is there a cost for using Installments by Afterpay?

Installments by Afterpay is a free service offered by retailers to shoppers - there are no upfront fees charged or any interest incurred.

The only fees that may be incurred by shoppers are late fees if your scheduled payments are unsuccessfully processed and, after being notified, you do not log in to your Afterpay account to make your payment via a different method.

Late fees for shoppers in the USA are capped at 25% of the order value.

Shipping Policy:

Free domestic shipping on all orders over $75.00. Items will be shipped within 24-48 business hours of the order being placed. Orders are generally shipped using the United States Postal Service unless otherwise stated. Alternative shipping options may be requested. However, additional charges may apply. Honey's Child Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Return Policy:

HoneysChildBoutique.com prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise and fulfilling customer orders accurately. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply complete a return request at returns.honeyschildboutique.com and select the item(s) you'd like to return.

All allowable returns are eligible for full refund, store credit or exchange as long as the item is returned within 14 calendar days of delivery and the following criteria are met:

Clothing must be unworn and in original condition
All tags must be attached
A returns request has been completed and items have been returned within 14 days
Is not a FINAL SALE item
“FINAL SALE” items are: All handbags, Belts, Shoes, Boots, Flip-Flops, Swimsuits, Underwear/Shapewear, Jewelry, Accessories, Tights, Hosiery, Intimate Apparel, Gloves, Hats and Scarves as well as any SALE merchandise.

Honey's Child Boutique will also offer a full refund for any merchandise with manufacturing damage or defects. Damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of your item in order to receive a full refund.

Items received after the 14 days will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and only be eligible for store credit.

RETURNS will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. Please note on returns for exchange to different size or color, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping charge for priority and Express shipping.

Again, items returned must be in original condition, with all the original packaging, tickets, hangtags, etc. Including the original invoice. HoneysChildBoutique.com will not accept any item returned with obvious signs of wear or with any of the original tags removed.

Please be sure to include your Order ID and name on the outside of your return package. The Order ID can be found on the top of the invoice. Pack your merchandise with care and we strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit; Honey’s Child Boutique cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit or damaged due to improper packaging.
